Pricing questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from "Manage subscription" on your dashboard. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What happens to my settings if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Your kit goes back to the free look, and your custom rates, extra videos and versions are saved. Subscribe again and they're all back.
A creator gave me their referral link. Do I get a discount?
Yes. Sign up through a creator's link, or enter their code at checkout, and you get 20% off your first 3 months of Essential or Pro.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, any time from "Manage subscription" on your dashboard.
Can I move from Essential to Pro?
Yes. Use "Switch to Pro" on your dashboard's Deals tab. You only pay the difference for the rest of your current billing period, and your renewal date stays the same.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments aren't refundable for partly used periods, except where the law requires. If something went wrong, email support@creatorgg.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
