Terms of Service

Effective October 26, 2026

These terms cover your use of CreatorGG at creatorgg.com, including the rate calculator and media kits. By using CreatorGG, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Who can use CreatorGG

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of adulthood where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. If you use CreatorGG for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Twitch or YouTube account you own. You're responsible for activity on your CreatorGG account and for keeping those accounts secure. Only link accounts and channels that belong to you or that you're authorized to represent.

3. Your media kit and content

You own what you add to CreatorGG: your bio, stats, audience details, featured video links, brand names and other content. You give us permission to store, display and share that content as needed to run the service, including showing your media kit publicly to anyone with the link. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.

You're responsible for your content. You agree that it:

• Is accurate. Don't inflate or invent stats, audience details or past partnerships.
• Doesn't impersonate anyone or claim someone else's channel, videos or brand deals as your own.
• Doesn't infringe anyone's rights, including trademarks. Listing a brand means you actually worked with them.
• Isn't illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.

4. Rate estimates and stats

Sponsorship rates on CreatorGG are estimates based on general industry rules of thumb. They aren't guarantees, offers, or financial or legal advice. Actual deals depend on the brand, the campaign and your negotiation.

"Verified" stats come directly from Twitch or YouTube and may be delayed or occasionally wrong. Stats marked "self-reported" are entered by the creator, and we don't check them. Brands should do their own checks before making a deal.

5. Deals between creators and brands

CreatorGG isn't a party to any agreement between you and a brand, and isn't responsible for payments, deliverables or disputes between you. Make sure your sponsored content follows the law and platform rules, including disclosure requirements such as marking content as sponsored.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse CreatorGG. For example, don't:

• Try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around security measures.
• Scrape the service, overload it, or interfere with how it works.
• Use it to send spam or to collect information about other users without their permission.
• Grab kit links that impersonate other creators or brands.

7. Third-party services

CreatorGG works with Twitch, YouTube and other services we don't control. Your use of them is covered by their own terms. By signing in with YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Embedded videos are provided by YouTube and Twitch.

8. Removing content and ending accounts

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may remove content, reclaim kit links, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why.

9. Changes to CreatorGG

CreatorGG is free today. We may add, change or remove features, and may offer paid features in the future. Any paid features will be clearly marked, and you'll never be charged without agreeing first.

10. Disclaimers

CreatorGG is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates or stats will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CreatorGG won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, deals or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know on the site. Continuing to use CreatorGG after changes take effect means you accept them.
