Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026 · Updated October 26, 2026
CreatorGG ("we", "us") helps gaming creators make media kits and estimate sponsorship rates. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email support@creatorgg.com.
The short version
- The rate calculator works without an account and doesn't store what you type.
- When you sign in, we only ask for read-only access. We never post anything, and we never see your password.
- Your media kit is public. Anything you put on it can be seen by anyone with the link.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers.
- You can delete your account and data at any time from your dashboard.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Twitch
We receive your Twitch user ID, username, display name and profile picture. We also look up your public follower count. We don't request any extra Twitch permissions.
When you sign in with YouTube (Google)
We ask Google for read-only access to your YouTube account (the youtube.readonly permission). We use it once, at sign-in, to find out which YouTube channel is yours. We receive your channel ID, channel name, handle and profile picture, and we read public statistics for your channel and recent videos: subscriber count, total views, video count, and the views, likes and comments on recent uploads. We don't access your email address, private videos, comments you've written, or anything else in your Google account.
We don't store your Google or Twitch access tokens. They're used during sign-in and then discarded. Later stat updates use only public data.
Information you add
Anything you enter on your dashboard: display name, kit link, bio, games, business email, Twitch average viewers, TikTok username and statistics, audience details, featured video links, brands you've worked with, and your rate settings. For featured videos, we look up their public title, views, likes, comments and upload date from YouTube or Twitch.
Kit view counts
When someone opens a media kit, we add one to that kit's daily view count, along with two general details: the website they came from (for example "X / Twitter", "Google" or "Direct") and their country, which our hosting provider works out from the connection. We don't store visitors' IP addresses, names or any other way to identify them, and we don't use cookies or trackers for this. Bots, link previews and the creator's own visits aren't counted.
Creators can make tracked links for specific brands. When someone opens a kit through one, we record that the link was opened, when, and from which country, so the creator knows the brand looked at their kit. We keep this history for 180 days.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived cookie during sign-in to protect against forged requests. Both are required for the site to work. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Technical data
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To create and show your media kit, including your verified platform stats.
- To estimate sponsorship rates from your stats.
- To keep your stats up to date. We refresh public stats at least once a day for active kits, and never keep YouTube data longer than 30 days without refreshing or deleting it.
- To show you how many times your kit has been viewed, where visitors came from, and when your tracked brand links were opened.
- To keep the service secure and working.
We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell it.
YouTube and Google data
CreatorGG uses YouTube API Services. By signing in with YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use YouTube data to show your stats on your media kit and estimate your rates. We don't transfer it to others except as needed to run the service, we don't use it for advertising, and no person reads it except where needed for security, to comply with the law, or with your permission.
You can remove CreatorGG's access to your Google account at any time from your Google security settings. You can remove Twitch access from your Twitch connections settings.
What's public
Your media kit is a public page. Everything shown on it can be seen by anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines: your display name, picture, bio, games, stats, audience details, featured videos, brands, rates if you choose to show them, and your business email if you add one. Stats you enter yourself are labeled "self-reported." Don't put anything on your kit you want to keep private.
Who we share information with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only:
- With service providers that run the site for us: Cloudflare (hosting and database).
- With YouTube and Twitch, when we request your public stats from them.
- If required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the service.
- As part of a merger or sale of the service, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, linked accounts, stats, kit and view history immediately. Copies may remain in our database provider's backups for up to 30 days before they're overwritten.
Your choices and rights
- Edit: change anything you've entered on your dashboard at any time.
- Unlink: remove a linked Twitch or YouTube account from your dashboard.
- Delete: delete your whole account from your dashboard under "Delete account", or email us.
- Access: email us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as to object to or restrict how we use your information. Email us and we'll help.
Children
CreatorGG is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, store only a scrambled (hashed) version of sign-in session tokens, and don't store platform access tokens. No service is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know on the site.
